Sheriffs Association Scholarships

At the end of June I had posted information about the Minnesota Sheriffs’ Association Scholarship, so I wanted to post more information on other states’ sheriffs’ association scholarships. These scholarships are for students seeking law enforcement degrees, so criminal justice degree students are eligible for these criminal justice scholarships.

The eligibility requirements for these scholarships are similar. The applicant must be a resident of the state of their sheriff’s association, attending a university/college in the same state, and must be a full-time student. The applicants need to submit completed applications to the sheriff of the county of the applicant’s permanent resident in that state.
